Inspirx have the full range of capabilities to under take
operational audits for their clients. Such audits are essential in benchmarking
where client company's are are where they then need to improve in order to
become leaders or to retain their place in the highly competitive markets of the
21st Century.
Key Benefits
 | Independent capability
It is often difficult for a company to find the time to
stop and review their current performance. Even when time can be found, the
people within a company are not always ideally suited or capable of performing
such an audit. Only the very largest of companies can afford the luxury of
having teams dedicated to such work.
Inspirx, have people who have been involved with such work for many years and
who are highly capable of identifying both the strengths and weakness of a
company and being able to provide positive advice on where improvements can be
made.
|
 | Lower cost
Given the capabilities needed to undertake such an audit, in-house people
often need training. In addition they are often seconded from their normal
jobs, and hence there is a cost in covering their absences and also in the
lower skill that will perform the other tasks.
Inspirx provide people who do not need training and their is no cost of
coverage within a client company. This provides companies with an opportunity
to invest in their future without the need for risk to their current
operations.
|
 | Benchmarking
In order to become the best or to retain ones position in the market, it is
important to know where the competition is and where they are headed. To gain
such a view there is a need for benchmarking.
Inspirx have access to a range of current benchmarking materials and also
associations with other companies who can provide this much needed and
valuable information.
|
 | Improvement Plans
The people in Inspirx have a wealth of experience in building and implementing
improvement plans. It is all very well for a consultancy company to come into
your business and make recommendations, but will they commit to undertaking
the work and ensuring that the results are delivered.
Inspirx provide not only the skills needed but also commit to clients on the
delivery of the results.
|
 | Processes and Procedures
One of the major reasons for operational delivery problems in a company is the
processes and procedures that have been developed and implemented. There are
many reasons behind such failures, such as an inability to resource the
changes that should be made.
Inspirx have a number of specialists who have worked on client companies
processes and procedures, bring about significant improvements. However the
main goal of Inspirx is to training and coach in-house people in the skills
and practices that should be deployed. It is the in-house people who have to
manage and use the processes and they are best placed to maintain them. It is
not in the best interests of clients to constantly rely on outsourcing such a
function - as the costs involved are significant, and the quality difficult to
maintain.
|
 | Training
Often the improvement plans needed, involve the training and coaching of the
people in the company. With so many companies dedicated just to training it is
often difficult to decide who are the best in any given field or activity.
Equally they have little or no understanding of the clients business and
merely deliver generic courses.
Inspirx have considerable experience in training, coaching and counselling in
a wide range of subject areas. Where no in house skill exists Inspirx have
associates who can undertake the work alongside our teams.
The Inspirx Experience
Much of the experience of the Inspirx team was gained through
working for or with major companies such as BT, Accenture, etc. That
experience was put to excellent use in places such as UK, US, Holland, Spain,
Portugal, Italy, Germany, China, Republic of Ireland, Nigeria, Uganda, Kenya,
South Africa, Sudan and many other countries around the world.
In several of these countries Inspirx people worked on the operational audits,
developing the improvement plans and the delivery of training.
