Business Planning
Inspirx people have been involved in a number of new company builds. There are
many important stages in such development projects, but probably none more so
than that of the initial business planning. It is in this stage that all of
the elements needed for the new business are determined and it is these that
inform the business financial model that supports the raising of capital.

Project Management
No new company build can hope to succeed unless it is well managed in its
design and implementation.
Inspirx have project mangers who have worked on major planning and
implementation projects in many parts of the world.
These projects have covered builds of new companies, major company
reorganisations, complete replacement IT platforms and many others.

Implementation
Inspirx is able to offer a complete range of implementation skills, across the
different business disciplines - e.g. networks, customer service, finance, HR,
IT etc.
Key in implementation is the drawing together of the different business
departments in respect of processes and practices. Inspirx are very
experienced in war gaming the processes and IT systems to ensure that any
problems are identified and corrected before they become customer affecting.

Training
Inspirx people have significant experience in training in a wide range of
subject areas.
In a recent contract the courses run for a West African second operator, were
