Project Management

No new company build can hope to succeed unless it is well managed in its design and implementation.

Inspirx have project mangers who have worked on major planning and implementation projects in many parts of the world.

These projects have covered builds of new companies, major company reorganisations, complete replacement IT platforms and many others.

 

Implementation

Inspirx is able to offer a complete range of implementation skills, across the different business disciplines - e.g. networks, customer service, finance, HR, IT etc.

Key in implementation is the drawing together of the different business departments in respect of processes and practices. Inspirx are very experienced in war gaming the processes and IT systems to ensure that any problems are identified and corrected before they become customer affecting.

 

Training
